Grade 4 Students Create Venn Diagrams on Iraqi and Indian Traditions

Under our transdisciplinary theme “Who We Are,” with the central idea that “people plan and act according to their culture and where they live,” Grade 4 students engaged in a comparative project. They created Venn diagrams to illustrate the similarities and differences between Iraqi and Indian cultures. Through this activity, students explored various aspects of both cultures, highlighting how traditions, practices, and lifestyles reflect the unique environments and cultural contexts of Iraq and India. This project provided a valuable opportunity for students to appreciate cultural diversity and understand the ways in which different cultures influence people’s actions and planning.
